I survived my birthday which is great. It's been a hard while but I'm still here and that's worthwhile, or at least it's what I'm telling myself. I'm still out of it a little, being a person is hard, but I'm doing my best and I'm going to try and be a nocturnal creature for a while and see if that helps.
