So, I have managed to keep up my head this week and that's nice. I don't know how you guys are keeping up right now but if you're reading this, you're doing well enough. You are awesome, you are alive, you are here with us an that is amazing.

I finished the fic I talked to you about recently! And I am really happy about it!

I am less happy and honestly still smarting over some friend drama that happened. But hey, the good thing about volatile and often hurtful people flouncing out of your life is that they're out of your life.

Unless she tries to come back again. I'm hoping if she does, I won't let her this time. This has happened more than once before.

Yesss, I am so excited to read this thing. I have it pulled up and am gonna try and read it today, I just had some stuff i needed to get done before I was letting myself read fic.

I am free from all obligations today though, so heeeell yesssss, gonna hit up that fic v. v. soon.

Anyway, I just wanna send you love and kindness cause yeah, friend falling outs are rough and I feel you on many emotions tangled up in such affairs.

We moved into our new home Sunday (in the miserable cold and wet) and after four days of unpacking we ... have a successfully set up living room and kitchen (we're using a couch to divide the open space into two "rooms") and most of our bedroom is settled, though we need to do laundry in the WORST way (anxious kitties pee on things besides litter, sigh). Oh and the bathroom is settled ... until wife goes in and reorganizes it all, I'm sure. XD The rest of the house is boxes everywhere, but I'm voting for us to take today off to rest.

I've been on the waiting list for a training course that starts in autumn and today I got the message that a spot has become free!
