1000 words and I've managed to finish the first story at like....barely under 3k. I'm so not doing NaNo word count but I'm doing well on my personal goals, which is what matters to me, I think.

Good for finishing your story!

I wrote 328 words for mini_wrimo, sketching out an idea for the HL holiday exchange.

Not a lot done on the nonfiction project, and nothing on the bookshop novel, mostly because I spent the day IN the bookshop, moving books from one bookcase to another to make more room for the mystery section.

Another day when the mini_wrimo pledge kept me going. I wrote 212 words of fic, most of them porn because the more plot- and story-related part of my brain wouldn't activate; and finally some words for the historical novel thingy. For the purpose of character development, I started writing a diary entry by one of my characters when she's 12. That was fun, should maybe continue it.

I was feeling pretty under the weather and didn't get far. I starte the porn advent calendar and watche movies, taking notes for other stuff and then added 460 words to one of the BBs. I really need to pick up pace on these draft. :P

Yay, congrats to finishing the story and reaching your personal goals!
I can report 2030 words for the 4th, and am rather satisfied how things are going, too. I'm not usually this prolific, at least not for several days in a row, but it's relatively easy at the beginning of NaNo. My personal goal is 2000 words daily for as long as I manage, as there will be time-restrained days later on in the month. I just realised that having a set word count each day I want to reach helps me reaching it, so I should carry that on afterwards.

I finished my complete read-through/edits on the Loki/Thor story, which resulted in a total of 199 words more, though I also took out a bunch, and which means that I am prepared to actually finish this monster soon, perhaps even tonight (*crosses fingers*).
