I feel behind on everything: school, work, friendships, relationships, exercising. All day, every day I feel like I'm drowning, and trying to nudge myself forward and feeling like I'm still falling behind.

But hey, I'm surviving.

Fuck, I know this feeling. I'm right there with you, tbh. Like, everything kind of came to a halt and now trying to get back into the swing of things is so hard.

Survived my sister's visit, despite... large quantities of bullshit and family insanity.

Have fallen headlong into Guardian fandom and am enjoying myself immensely. I love all the secret identity tropes and endless yearning and sleeve garters. (I love that I'm not the only person in this fandom who sees sleeve garters and gets weak in the knees.)

so tired and none of the moving has even happened yet and mrrgle... but boys are supposed to be moving out this weekend and if that actually happens, then at least we'll have some room to BREATHE again. Sort of. Something. I don't know, I'm sick (again), I'm tired, and I just want to wave a wand and have everything magically moved to the new place without having to fuss with the details of packing. :p

I got some advice from my mentor about kicking some more stories out the door. Didn't do much else, I confess. Was super busy at work. But, that is what it is <3.

I am exited for this past week because I finally found a bit of paid work! It's less than part-time, but it's in my field, and that's something, and it is more than I had before.
