Oh, you definitely aren't! I've had a disastrous sleep cycle for years, so I rarely feel rested. Have you ever tried taking melatonine? It helps a lot on those nights when it's particularly difficult to fall sleep.
Yes they are! Said by the person who slept until noon today and then got up for an hour and then slept for another three before I was actually functional.
I love your icon. I also agree. Yesterday, I spent the night at my parents and got literally 0 hours of sleep. I just laid in bed for hours. My dad took me home around 7:30 in the morning and once I got home, I took my medicine that I forgot to pack with me and eventually got some sleep. I hope you're able to get some sleep soon.
I did get sleep! It was wonderful and I am pleased. But I feel you re:
sleeping at parents. When I lived closer to my mom, I'd go over for a
night to see her and could not sleep. It never failed and was actually
really, really fucking annoying.
