It has been a Week and I'm not sure how we got to but here we are. I don't have a lot to say and am still kind of drained, so don't mind me. Sorry I don't have more in me today but I am happy we are all still here.

My friend that I was having an unfortunate communication breakdown with and I worked things out, and I'm optimistic about our relationship moving forward. I had to wait a while for her to be ready to talk about it, though, and am trying to be kind to myself about having slipped into avoidant (and very unproductive) habits harder than usual while I was waiting to have that talk.

We survived! I'm sorry you're still feeling run-over by the week and I hope the next one is easier. <3
