So, I've discovered new music today thanks to fullupwithfire 's brother. Caravan Palace is bringing me a lot of joy right now and I hope you all are having something similar in your life bringing you pleasure of some kind.

Thanks! They're pretty good! (Need more rhubarb though, I didn't want to overdo the fruit, but I think they could have stood to have a bit more.)

If you ever feel like sharing the recipe, I am all ears! I love rhubarb and made strawberry-rhubarb crisp last week using this recipe I found online. So good. :)

Ooooh that does look tasty, I want to get more rhubarb and try it now! :D

I got my recipe out of the guardian, I was looking for inspiration and had never tried roasting rhubarb before. The recipe is for more rhubarb than I had so probably if you use the amount it says in the recipe you will have muffins with sufficient rhubarb!
