Therapy and psychiatrist were both rough yesterday. Not bad exactly but hard, but it involved them getting to see a lot of the bad brainwolves that come with this time of year.

I'm still knee-deep in depression but I got a meds adjustment that will start coming next week. I'm Very Tired most of the time, heavy and not really....tethered right now which sucks. I'm trying hard to be a person in small ways, but it's still rough overall.

So yeah, I'm going to be a lump and remind myself that its' going to be okay.
